I developed a monthly newsletter, averaging a 22.6% open rate and 3.58% click rate on par with sector averages as reported by MailChimp. The process is more inclusive, accessible, and equitable for all coalition members.
NYU Alumni Connect is the monthly newsletter sent to more than 300,000 alumni, parents, staff, and donors. I curated content, developed interactive features, published the email, and integrated its content across our channels.
I developed an email marketing strategy using nostalgic messaging and personal contact information to drive address updates and reduce lost alumni records.
I created an average of 40 emails each month in support of Alumni Relations events. I improved these emails, applying industry best practices, including a mobile-responsive and fully accessible redesign.
I developed the NYU Alumni Benefits Newsletter to increase awareness of the alumni benefits program. We sent this newsletter to our domestic audience quarterly and our global audience semi-annually.
I oversaw the editorial content, production, and redesign of the School's quarterly newsletter. I sent the newsletter to prospective students, alumni, donors, faculty, staff, and Deans & Directors of peer social work schools.
I developed this monthly publication, featuring time-sensitive news from and about the School. The more than 4,000 recipients included alumni, donors, students, faculty, University leadership, and Deans & Directors of peer schools of social work.
