Redesign
One of the first things I did when I joined the team in 2012 was to initiate a redesign of the quarterly alumni newsletter, SP2 Matters. The design, as it stood, was extremely out-dated and was not mobile optimized. After researching best practices, I developed a clean, mobile responsive design that drove a 10% increase in open rate.
Editorial & Reporting
Sourcing content from alumni, faculty, and staff; I oversaw the entire process from ideation and writing to publication and reporting. This newsletter consistently achieved a 23% open rate.
